Abhishek Bachchan has been out of the country shooting for Abbas Mustan’s Players. But the film doesn’t seem to have his undivided attention. Even while shooting for crucial high-voltage action scenes, he looks distracted and disturbed on the sets. According to one of his co-stars Abhi has been worrying sick about his beloved wife’s health. Apparently, the doting husband checks on his wife every two hours. “AB locks himself in the vanity van for hours while he is on the phone talking to his wife. His long conversations tend to delay the shoot,” complains a unit member. Buzz is that Abhi has asked his directors to wind up his shoot by Diwali.
Housefull of sequels
Everybody in Bollywood seems to have been struck by sequel fever, but perhaps none more than the director Sajid Khan along with his producer Sajid Nadiadwala. While Housefull 2 is still in the making, the makers have already started planning a Housefull 3.
Says a member of the film’s team of writers, “The moment Housefull 2 was locked, everybody decided that it won’t be the end of the franchise. Sajid has briefed his writers about Housefull 3, the announcement of which will be made in the rolling credits of Housefull 2, with a sign-off note that reads, “See you soon in Housefull 3’’. When contacted Sajid didn’t deny this either. “Yes, Housefull 3 is definitely on and will be made with Sajid Nadiadwala.”
