It's Salman over Shahrukh for Kashyap

Salman pulling off the role of a cop in ‘Dabangg’ and setting the box-office on fire with his convincing performance, certainly gave a head start for the director of the film, Abhinav Kashyap, who is now officially a successful Bollywood director.

After earning brownie points for his debut film ‘Dabangg’, Abhinav has apparently chosen to work again with Salman for the sequel of ‘Dabangg’ and recently, turned down the offer to direct a film for superstar Shahrukh’s next home production.

Salman and SRK fight over Abhinav Kashyap?
It’s learnt that Salman wanted Abhinav Kashyap to start working on the script for the second installment of ‘Dabangg’ as soon as possible, while Abhinav who had a close round of discussions with SRK in the actor’s residence ‘Mannat’ was asked to pen a script for the actor’s home production, Red Chillies Entertainment.

Kashyap, who was quite excited to direct a commercial potboiler for SRK, where the actor will also be acting, had sadly got fractured in tension after Salman insisted him to direct the ‘Dabangg’ sequel.

When asked whether the director will do SRK’s next, a source from the industry stated, “The shooting of Dabangg 2 starts in December 2011. As for SRK's film, he has still not been able to lock the script. The SRK project is still far away."

Salman does a risky stunt for his new advertisement commercial
Salman, who’s has become the king of opening after the success of ‘Dabangg’, is lately so immersed in his upcoming projects that he is giving his heart and soul to it.

And this was seen when the actor indulged in a risky adventure for his new advertisement commercial for the soft drink brand, Mountain Dew.

For the advertisement, the actor was asked to take up wing suit flying, and Salman did the adventurous stunt himself.

The ad, which was shot at the backdrop of a mountainous terrain in New Zealand, was directed by the international filmmaker, Bob Gordan and his crew.

Speaking about Salman’s adventurous stunt, the sources stated, "The stunts were done by Salman himself. It's one of the biggest and toughest ads done by Salman bhai."
